Shipping policy

1) All Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 working days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4) All orders will be sent by insured shipping. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at nihao@huajade.co, we will file a claim with the shipping company, and after the shipping company verifies the compensation, we will refund you. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
