The jade's smooth, polished surface provides a beautiful backdrop for the engraved letters, making this necklace a standout piece. 

Please note: 

1. Each jade piece is one of a kind, with unique color, texture, natural veins, imperfections, and color variations - even from the same raw stone. These nuances define jade's unparalleled allure. We will select the most suitable raw stone based on your chosen color, though each piece may not look exactly like the image. 

2. Maximum 10 letters, we recommend making it less than 8 letters for a more durable structure and harmonious look.

3. Please give 7 - 15 days for our jade artists to craft your piece (depending on the demand we receive).

4. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send a preview of the nameplate font to your order email for confirmation. If we do not receive your confirmation within 3 days, we will proceed with production based on the preview sent.

5. Please understand that custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

- Natural Imperfections
Natural jade inevitably develops mineral inclusions, cracks, and other Imperfections during its geological formation.

- Color Difference
Natural jade may show slight color differences under different lights. The product you receive may have slight differences from the images or videos.

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order preparation. Global Express shipping will take around 5 - 8 business days. Your order typically arrives within 6 - 12 business days in total since the order was confirmed.

Maintenance

Do's

- Store your Hua Jade jewelry in a jewelry box (or the original box) to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

- Please try to remove your jewelry during exercise or sleep to avoid damaging your Hua Jade jewelry.

- If you do not wear the jewelry for a long time, please place it in a sealed bag and store it in a dry, dark place.

- Clean your Hua Jade jewelry with a soft polishing cloth or a soft sponge.
