The jade's smooth, polished surface provides a beautiful backdrop for the engraved letters, making this necklace a standout piece. 

Please note: 

1. Each jade piece is one of a kind, with unique color, texture, natural veins, imperfections, and color variations - even from the same raw stone. These nuances define jade's unparalleled allure. We will select the most suitable raw stone based on your chosen color, though each piece may not look exactly like the image. 

2. Maximum 10 letters, we recommend making it less than 8 letters for a more durable structure and harmonious look.

3. Please give 7 - 15 days for our jade artists to craft your piece (depending on the demand we receive).

4. Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will send a preview of the nameplate font to your order email for confirmation. If we do not receive your confirmation within 3 days, we will proceed with production based on the preview sent.

5. Please understand that custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Please Note

- Product Uniqueness
No two jade pieces are identical in nature. Except one of one products like bangles and fine pendants, other products may exhibit slight differences from website samples due to natural variations.

- Natural Imperfections
Natural jade inevitably develops mineral inclusions, cracks, and other Imperfections during its geological formation.

- Color Difference
Natural jade may show slight color differences under different lights. The product you receive may have slight differences from the images or videos.

Maintenance

Do's

- Store your Hua Jade's jewelry in a jewelry box (or the original box) to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

- Please try to remove your jewelry during exercise or sleep to avoid damaging your Hua Jade’s jewelry.

- If you do not wear the jewelry for a long time, please place it in a sealed bag and store it in a dry, dark place.

- Clean your Hua Jade's jewelry with a soft polishing cloth or a soft sponge.

- Wear your jewelry with care and mindfulness.

- Different types of gemstones have varying levels of hardness and should be stored or worn separately to avoid scratching or damage.



Don'ts

- Jade is a natural mineral, and it has inherent brittleness and fractures. Please avoid collisions with hard objects or dropping it on the ground as much as possible.

- Avoid submerging or exposing your Hua Jade's jewelry to water or chemicals.

- Refrain from wearing your jewelry during heavy-duty tasks.

- Do not clean your jewelry with strong household cleaners or abrasive cloths.

- Avoid contact with chemicals such as lotions and perfumes, as they are meant for your skin only.

- Do not swim or bathe while wearing your jewelry.

- Avoid placing it in high-temperature environments, such as during a sauna or hot spring bath.

It is normal for precious metal products to oxidize and darken due to prolonged wear or improper care. With proper care and maintenance, 18k gold-filled and gold-plated products can have their color retention extended.
